Rules Forum !!!
1. The rules of this forum are for all users and moderators, administrators and other beings from the higher spheres of existence, unless it decides otherwise. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse for their violation.
2. Avatars - It is recommended that the avatar will not be too crowded or details that are reduced in size will not be able to see, but it remains the choice of Member. Avatars are prohibited offensive, pornographic, racist, sexist, extremist, and the other way objectionable. Moderators will take into account the context (jocularity, the irony) to assess whether it's offensive or not.
3. Nick is prohibited to register and use multiple nick (multinick) for one and the same physical person. Prekri?itelji will be warned and expelled from the forum.
4. Start a topic - Before starting the threads, make sure that the same or a similar theme, but someone did not open on the forum. No reason will be duplicated threads as needed, and no explanation will be deleted, so if the moderators decide.
5. Titles issue - must be related to the theme that runs. Punctuation instead of the title theme, unnecessary repetition of punctuation marks, blank titles, generic titles such as "Help", "Question," offensive titles and the like will be changed or deleted, or will the whole issue (topic) will be deleted if the moderators decide that it is deserved.
6. Off-topic - Try to be a discussion about the topic covered by the title theme, groups and sub-forums in which it is located. Posts in the discussions that are off-topic will be deleted.
7. Large letters (Caps) - Writing posts in CAPS are not allowed and such posts will be deleted. Highlight certain parts of the post caps is allowed, but advises umjernost and use the brain in such circumstances because the writing in capitals is considered as shouting, and it's not polite to Smile.
8. The rules of communication - from foruma?a is expected that other Scuba treated with respect, not insults, swearing and belittling. 11. Privacy - It is forbidden on the forum to become someone else's personal information such as name, ID number, phone numbers, addresses, etc., unless the person permits. 12. Private messages and emails - is prohibited in the forums to post private messages to other foruma?a their mail. Such posts will be deleted, depending on the severity of violations by users who have made will be cautioned or ejected from the forum.
13. Advertising - not forbidden, but to a certain extent!
