Rules Forum !!!


1. The rules of this forum are for all users and moderators, administrators and other beings from the higher spheres of existence, unless it decides otherwise. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse for their violation.

2. Avatars - It is recommended that the avatar will not be too crowded or details that are reduced in size will not be able to see, but it remains the choice of Member. Avatars are prohibited offensive, pornographic, racist, sexist, extremist, and the other way objectionable. Moderators will take into account the context (jocularity, the irony) to assess whether it's offensive or not.

3. Nick is prohibited to register and use multiple nick (multinick) for one and the same physical person. Prekri?itelji will be warned and expelled from the forum.

4. Start a topic - Before starting the threads, make sure that the same or a similar theme, but someone did not open on the forum. No reason will be duplicated threads as needed, and no explanation will be deleted, so if the moderators decide.

5. Titles issue - must be related to the theme that runs. Punctuation instead of the title theme, unnecessary repetition of punctuation marks, blank titles, generic titles such as "Help", "Question," offensive titles and the like will be changed or deleted, or will the whole issue (topic) will be deleted if the moderators decide that it is deserved.

6. Off-topic - Try to be a discussion about the topic covered by the title theme, groups and sub-forums in which it is located. Posts in the discussions that are off-topic will be deleted.

7. Large letters (Caps) - Writing posts in CAPS are not allowed and such posts will be deleted. Highlight certain parts of the post caps is allowed, but advises umjernost and use the brain in such circumstances because the writing in capitals is considered as shouting, and it's not polite to Smile.

8. The rules of communication - from foruma?a is expected that other Scuba treated with respect, not insults, swearing and belittling. Posts with the sole purpose of offending someone, especially those that use foul language will be deleted and forum members who repeatedly violate the rules of normal communication will be warned and eventually expelled from the forum.

9. It is forbidden to insult the racial, sexual, religious, political and any other grounds that are offensive to individual or groups of people.

10. Citation (kvotanje) - The forum participants are expected to cite the measure and the use of the brain. Long quotes from one or more posts with multiple short answers, or without them, and are not recommended, at its sole discretion and moderators will be deleted.

11. Privacy - It is forbidden on the forum to become someone else's personal information such as name, ID number, phone numbers, addresses, etc., unless the person permits. Posts which publish such information will be deleted, and those who were cautioned or released immediately ejected from the forum, depending on the severity prkr?aja and discretionary assessment of a moderator.

12. Private messages and emails - is prohibited in the forums to post private messages to other foruma?a their mail. Such posts will be deleted, depending on the severity of violations by users who have made will be cautioned or ejected from the forum.

13. Advertising - not forbidden, but to a certain extent!

14. Spam - Netematsko thematic and spamming the forums is prohibited. Deliberate obstruction of the discussion posting nonsense posts which are designed to destroy the discussion is also forbidden, and falls under spamming. Such posts will be deleted and repeat offenders to erupt from the forum.

15. All you do not like moderator or admin will be deleted!

Pravila Foruma!!!


1. Pravila ovoga foruma vrijede za sve korisnike i moderatore, administratore i ostala bića iz vi?ih sfera postojanja, osim ako se ne odluči drukčije. Nepoznavanje pravila nije isprika za njihovo kr?enje.

2. Avatari - Preporuča se da slike avatara ne budu prevelike ili prenatrpane detaljima koji se u smanjenim dimenzijama neće moći vidjeti, ali to ostaje na izbor foruma?u. Zabranjeni su avatari uvredljivog sadr?aja, pornografski, rasistički, seksistički, ekstremistički i na drugih način neprihvatljivi. Moderatori će uzimati u obzir kontekst (?aljivost, ironiju) pri procjeni da li je avatar uvredljiv ili ne.

3. Nickovi Zabranjeno je registriranje i kori?tenje vi?e nickova (multinick) za jednu te istu fizičku osobu. Prekri?itelji će biti upozoreni i potjerani s foruma.

4. Započinjanje teme - Prije započinjanja teme, uvjerite se da istu ili sličnu temu netko već nije otvorio na forumu. Bez razloga duplirane teme će prema potrebi i bez obja?njenja biti brisane, ako moderatori tako odluče.

5. Naslovi tema - Moraju imati veze s temom koja se pokreće. Interpunkcijski znakovi umjesto naslova tema, nepotrebno ponavljanje interpunkcijskih znakova, prazni naslovi, generički naslovi tipa "Pomoć", "Pitanje", uvredljivi naslovi i slično bit će mijenjani ili brisani ili će čitava tema (topic) biti brisana, ukoliko moderatori odluče da je to zaslu?ila.

6. Off-topic - Trudite se da diskusija bude u vezi s temom koju pokriva naslov teme, grupa i podgrupa foruma u kojoj se nalazi. Postovi unutar diskusije koji su off-topic bit će brisani.

7. Velika slova (verzal) - Pisanje postova VELIKIM SLOVIMA nije dozvoljeno i takvi će postovi biti izbrisani. Isticanje pojedinih dijelova unutar posta verzalom jest dozvoljeno, ali se savjetuje umjernost i kori?tenje mozga u takvim prilikama jer se pisanje velikim slovima smatra kao vikanje, a to nije pristojno Smile.

8. Pravila komuniciranja - Od foruma?a se očekuje da druge foruma?e tretiraju s po?tovanjem, bez vrijeđanja, psovanja i omalova?avanja. Postovi kojima je isključiva svrha vrijeđanje nekoga, posebice oni u kojima se koriste psovke bit će izbrisani, a foruma?i koji opetovano kr?e pravila normalne komunikacije bit će opomenuti i na kraju izbačeni s foruma.

9. Zabranjeno je vrijeđanje na rasnoj, spolnoj, vjerskoj, političkoj i bilo kojoj drugoj osnovi koja je uvredljiva za pojedinca ili grupe ljudi.

10. Citiranje ("kvotanje") - Od sudionika foruma se očekuje da citiraju s mjerom i uz uporabu mozga. Dugački citati jednog ili vi?e postova s vi?estruko kraćim odgovorima ili bez njih nisu preporučljivi i prema vlastitoj procjeni i nahođenju moderatori će ih brisati.

11. Privatnost - Zabranjeno je na forum postati tuđe osobne podatke kao ?to su ime i prezime, JMBG, telefonski brojevi, adrese stanovanja i slično osim ako to osoba dozvoli. Postovi u kojima se objavljuju ovakvi podaci bit će brisani, a oni koji su ih objavili opomenuti ili odmah izbačeni s foruma, ovisno o te?ini prkr?aja i diskrecijskoj procjeni moderatora.

12. Privatne poruke i mailovi - Zabranjeno je na forumima objavljivati privatne poruke drugih foruma?a i njihove mailove. Takvi postovi će se brisati, a ovisno o te?ini prekr?aji korisnici koji su ih napravili bit će opomenuti ili izbačeni s foruma.

13. Reklamiranje - nije zabranjeno, ali do određene mjere!

14. Spam - Netematsko i tematsko spamanje po forumima je zabranjeno. Namjerna opstrukcija rasprave postanjem besmislenih postova kojima je svrha uni?titi diskusiju je također zabranjena i spada pod spamanje. Takvi će se postovi brisati, a ponovljeni prekr?itelji izbacivati s foruma.

15. Sve sto se ne svidi moderatoru ili adminu bit ce obrisano!
